摘　　要：新技术的出现或技术变迁能有效降低制度变迁中的成本。互联网技术的普及降低了股权分置改革中的信息成本、谈判成本、签约成本、执行和监督成本,促进了股权分置改革的顺利进行。制度变迁主体应充分抓住技术变迁带来的获利机会,不失时机地推动制度变迁。The technical advances can effectively reduce the cost of the institutional changes. The popularization of the Internet reduces the information costs, negotiation costs, contract costs, implementation and monitoring costs in the reform of the sub-owned shares, thus promotes its advance. We should be fully aware of the profit opportunities brought about by the technological changes, and promote the institutional changes timely.
