摘　　要：将研究指标划分为城市化速度和城市化质量双重指标,采用多元线性回归模型并对其进行最小二乘法估计,来验证与衡量文化产业与卫生事业发展对湖南城市化综合水平提高的作用力。研究发现,文化产业对城市人口增长和城市面积增长存在明显的正向影响,而卫生事业对城市化综合水平的影响尚不明显,由此对卫生事业影响力不显著的原因进行了估计,并对湖南城市化中文化产业和卫生事业的发展提出了相关建议。This study investigates the effect of the development of culture industry and public health on the urbanization. Two different scales （the speed of the urbanization and the quality of the urbanization） are used as the data of the synthesis appraisal system. We create some multiple linear regression models to describe relationships among the development of culture industry, the promotion of public health, the speed and quality of the urbanization separately, and tested it by using ordinary least squares method. The preliminary＂ results show that culture industry has an obvious positive effect on the population and area growth of the city while public health has no significant effect on urbanization. Finally, we estimate the causes and put forward some suggestions on the promotion of the culture industry and public health in Hunan province.
