关于科技金融内涵的几点思考

摘　　要：科技创新已成为中国经济增长的核心驱动力,而科技创新的发展离不开金融的支持。长期以来,理论与实践大多认为科技金融是一个政策性金融的范畴,本文在现有研究的基础上,对科技金融内涵进行了分析,认为如何将金融资源有效配置给所需要的科技企业,这是科技金融的本质内容。Technological innovation has already become the core driving force in China＇s economic growth and its development must be supported by finance. In a long-telln of theory and practice, technology finance has been regarded as a field of policy-based finance. Based on the existing research, this paper analyzes the nature of technology finance and indicates that the ways to allocate financial resources to technology firms in need should be the main contenl of technology finance.
