摘 要:分析碳税约束与多种运输方式共存状态下物流网络结构特点,设计一个由生产商,RDC和SC 3方参与的物流网络,选择碳排放税约束和考虑物流节点间货物运输中多种运输方式同时存在的情况,以物流节点间的运输成本,碳税成本,生产商的生产成本,RDC的开设成本和RDC的货物处理成本为总体目标函数,建立碳税约束下的物流网络规划模型,设计基于遗传算法的求解方法,采用算例验证规划模型和求解算法的可行性,结合算例就不同碳排放税率对物流网络的影响进行分析。The structure characteristics of logistics network under carbon tax constraint and coexist with multiple transportation mode were analyzed. A logistics network participated by manufacturers, RDC and SC was designed. The situation of carbon tax constraint and coexist transport existing in the freight between logistics nodes was selected. The logistics nodes' transportation costs, the cost of the carbon tax, the production costs of manufacturers, the set - up costs and cargo handling costs of RDC were summarized as the overall objective function to establish a network planning model under the constraint of carbon tax. Then a solving method based on genetic algorithm was designed, and the feasibility of the planning model and the solution algorithm were verified by a numerical example. Finally, the impact of different carbon tax on the logistics network planning was analyzed through the example data.
