摘　　要：风险投资已有研究更多地关注关系的重要性,没有认真梳理这些关系的结构特质,尤其是中国社会中的结构特质。本研究依赖于中国本土风险投资领域田野访谈资料和历史文本资料,完成对这一领域中关系网络的结构型式及其生成机制的梳理。The existing studies put more emphasis on the importance of guanxi in joint ventures, but very few efforts have been spent on the network structural characteristics of those guanxi. Fol- lowing the existing research, this paper collects the in-depth interview data and historical context in the Chinese venture capital field, and tries to explore the structure and the formation mechanism of social network in this area.
