摘　　要：目的了解不同地区农村留守妇女艾滋病常识及态度和行为情况,探讨进行艾滋病健康教育的有效措施。方法采用统一编制的调查表,对河南省不同地区1 800名留守妇女进行了实地调查。结果不同地区留守妇女艾滋病常识及对艾滋病态度的合计总认知率分别为63.3%和40.4%,不同地区略有不同,均显示出新蔡县>固始县>商城县;对艾滋病行为中使用安全套的赞同率仅有2.4%,而且出现新蔡县>商城县>固始县的状况,占94%的夫妻性生活是丈夫决定。结论不同地区农村留守妇女对艾滋病防治知识掌握不全面,艾滋病防护意识普遍较差,安全套使用率极低,存在发生艾滋病高危性行为的可能性,急需政府部门采取有效措施,加强艾滋病防治知识宣传,以保护留守妇女的健康。Objective To understand the rural left-behind women＇s AIDS general knowledge, attitude and behavior in different distriers, and find out the effective measures for AIDS health education. Methods Adopted the unified organizational questionnaire, carried on the on-the-spot investigation on 1 800 left-behind women in different districts of Henan province. Results Cognition ratios of left-behind women＇s general knowledge and attitude to AIDS in different districts were 63.3% and 40.4% respectively, but there were slightly differences, with cognition ratio in Xincai county was higher than that in Gushi county and cognition ratio in Gushi county was higher than Shangcheng county; only 2.4% of the rural left-behind women approved of using condom during the AIDS behavior, wit condom utilization ratio in Xincai county was higher than Gushi county and condom utilization ratio in Gushi county was higher than Shangcheng county. 94% of couples＇ sex life depended on the husband. Conclusion Rural left-behind women＇s AIDS prevention and control knowledge in different districts is not comprehensive. Awareness of AIDS prevention is poor in general. Condom utilization ratio is extremely low.In a word, there is the possibility of AIDS high-risk sexual behaviour.h is much-needed for the government to take effective measures to strengthen AIDS prevention knowledge propaganda and protect the left-behind women＇s health.
