包头市综合医院传染病防控能力评价

摘　　要：目的构建综合医院传染病防控能力评价指标体系;综合评价包头市各综合医院传染病防控能力;找出3个等级综合医院传染病防控的薄弱环节,为我市综合医院传染病防控措施的完善提供依据。方法采用文献研究、指标综述、Delphi(德尔菲法)构建、筛选综合医院传染病防控能力评价指标体系;采用因子分析的方法构建综合评价模型进行综合评价;利用CAD软件绘制不同等级综合医院传染病防控能力"木桶"平面图。结果筛选出的评价指标包括7个一级指标和65个二级指标;根据综合评价模型计算得出:包头市综合医院传染病防控能力三级>二级>一级;根据木桶平面图得出各级综合医院传染病防控相对薄弱点为:三级,管理制度的制定和执行情况;二级,宣传、培训和演练以及院内感染监测及管理;一级,除了传染病宣传、培训和演练外其余均相对薄弱点。结论应加强各综合医院尤其是二级、一级医院对传染病预防的重视程度,并在进一步提高各级综合医院传染病防控能力的同时根据各自的薄弱点采取更有效的措施。Objective To build the index system for evaluation on infectious disease prevention and control capabilities of general hospital; to comprehensively evaluate infectious disease prevention and control capabilities of general hospital of Baotou City; to identify weaknesses of three levels general hospitals in the prevention and control of infectious diseases, provide a basis for the improvement of infectious disease prevention and control measures. Methods Used literature study, indicators review, Delphi to build, filter out evaluation index system; used factor analysis method to build a comprehensive evaluation model for comprehensive evaluation; used CAD software to map out infection prevention and control capabilities ＂bucket＂ of the different levels of hospital. Results Filtered out 7-level indicators and 65 secondary indicators; according to model, we calculated： general hospital infectious disease prevention and control capabilities： tertiary general hospital 〉 secondary general hospital 〉 level 1 general hospital; weak points of infectious disease prevention and control of general hospital： in tertiary general hospital, formulation and management system on cask plan implementation; secondary general hospital, publicity, training and drills, and nosocomial infection monitoring and management; level 1 general hospital, in addition to the of infectious diseases publicity, training and drills the rest were relatively weak points. Conclusion Emphasis on the prevention and control of infectious diseases especially secondary general hospital, according to the weak points of each are targeted taken to improve measures, at the same time, further improve infectious disease prevention and control capabilities of general hospital.
