社区老年人便秘与否与心理健康的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探究便秘对唐山社区老年人心理健康的影响。方法应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及便秘罗马二诊断标准对唐山市社区1 500名60岁及以上的老年人进行调查。结果社区老年人便秘的患病率为30.9%,其中患有便秘的老年人出现躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性等症状的几率明显高于未患便秘的老年人,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应该加强老年人便秘的防治,改善其心理健康。Objective To explore the impact of constipation on mental health of elderly in Tangshan. Methods Applied Symptom Check List （SCL-90） and constipation Rome II diagnostic criteria to investigate 1 500 cases of 60-year-old and older in Tangshan Communities. Results The prevalence of constipation in community elderly was 30.9%, among who suffering from constipation had more chance with somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror, paranoia, psychotic symptoms than who without constipation in the elderly, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion We should strengthen the prevention and treatment of constipation in the elderly to improve their mental health.
