成都市青年男性伤害危险行为现况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 了解成都市青年男性伤害危险行为现况，探讨其主要影响因素，为开展相应干预提供依据。方法 采用多阶段分层抽样，抽取成都市18～34周岁的青年男性2 154名进行健康状态和现代生活方式的问卷调查，并使用酒精使用障碍筛查量表（AUDIT）对危险饮酒进行评估。结果 成都市18～34周岁的青年男性伤害危险行为检出率为42.01%。伤害危险行为的主要影响因素有年龄、品行障碍、饮酒以及使用色情信息的频率。结论 成都市青年男性的伤害危险行为现况较严重，建议家庭和社会给青少年提供健康的成长环境，青年男性自身应该培养积极健康的现代生活方式，政府部门应该强化对色情信息的管理，特别是对酒后伤害行为进行严惩，以此达到预防和控制青年男性伤害发生的目的。Objective To investigate injury risk behaviors and explore its influencing factors among youth males in Chengdu of Sichuan province, and to provide evidences for developing related intervention. Methods By using multi-stage sampling method, 2 154 youth males aged from 18 to 34 in Chengdu were selected and surveyed by using questionnaire of young men＇s health and mod- em way of life. AUDIT scale was used to evaluate dangerous drinking. Results It was found that the relevance ratio of injury risk behavior was 42.01% Further analysis showed that the main influential factors to injury risk behaviors were age, conduct disorder, dangerous drinking and the frequency of using pornographic information. Conclusion Situation of injury risk behaviors among youth men in Chengdu is serious. For family and society, it is suggested to provide healthy growth environment for teenagers, for youth men themselves, to cultivate positive and healthy modern way of life, for the government department, to strengthen pornographic information management and especially chastise drinking damage behavior, so as to prevent and control injuries among youth men.
