摘  要:目的 建立工作场所空气中二丙二醇甲醚的采样和气相色谱测定方法。方法 用活性炭管采集,85+15二氯甲烷-甲醇(v/v)解吸,经HP FFAP毛细管柱分离,火焰离子化检测器(FID)测定,外标法定量。结果 在20~500μg/ml范围内线性好,回归方程A=56.70C-0.166,相关系数r=0.999 2。一缩二乙二醇,一缩二丙二醇,二乙二醇甲醚,二乙二醇二甲醚,二乙二醇二乙醚等共存时不干扰测定。结论 本法满足《工作场所空气中毒物检测方法的研制规范》的要求,可用于工作场所空气中二丙二醇甲醚的测定。Objective To establish a sampling and measuring method for dipropylene glycol methyl ether in workplace air by gas chromatography. Methods The air sample was collected with active carbon tube, desorbed with dichloromethane-methyl alcohol (85+15, v/v), separated with HP FFAP capillary column, detected with flame ionization detector (FID), and finally quantitated with external standard method. Results The method was in good linearity in the range of 20-500μg/ml. The regression equation: A=56.70C-0.166, with the correlation coefficient r=0.999 2. Diethylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, diethylene glycol monomethyl ether, diethylene glycol dimethyl ether, diethylene glycol diethyl ether did not interfere with the determination. Conclusion This method meets the requirements of the developed norms for poison detection method in workplace air, and can be used for determi- nation of dipropylene glycol methyl ether in workplace air.
