郑州市某城区三类人群梅毒知识知晓率的调查

摘　　要：目的了解郑州市某城区不同人群中梅毒预防知识的知晓状况。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,进行面对面问卷调查。结果调查城市居民304人、建筑农民工405人和男男性接触者(Men who have Sex with Men,MSM)401人,调查总人数1 110人。男男性接触人群梅毒预防知识知晓率最高为82%,其次是城市居民为65%,农民工最低为48%,知晓率在三类人群中差异有统计学意义(χ2=101.5,P<0.000 1)。单项梅毒预防知识的知晓率三类人群比较,男男性接触者人群普遍对梅毒的预防知识知晓率较高,农民工人群则较低,城市居民介于二者之间。在城市居民和农民工人群中,获得梅毒预防知识的途径均以宣传活动和电视为主;在男男性接触人群中,获得梅毒预防知识的途径以宣传活动和网络为主。结论三类人群梅毒知晓率有差别,针对不同的人群采取多种宣传方式加强防治知识的宣传,从而降低梅毒的传播和发生。Objective To investigate the prevention knowledge coverage of syphilis among the different groups in Zhengzhou. Meth- ods Stratification and cluster sample method was used. A self-made questionnaire was made and the respondents were interviewed through face to face. Results 1 110 respondents were interviewed among city residents （304 persons）, farmer workers （405 persons） and MSM （401 persons）. The awareness rate of syphilis was higher in the MSM （82%） than in the city residents （65%） and the farmer workers （48%）. A statistic difference was existed on the awareness rate of syphilis among the MSM, the city residents and the farmer workers （χ2=101.5, P=0.000 1）. According to the single question on prevention of syphilis, the prevention knowledge coverage was higher in MSM group and lower in the farmer workers and the middle in city residents. The channels obtaining the syphilis knowl- edge were by health education and TV in city residents and farmer workers, and they were by health education and intemet in MSM. Conclusion The awareness rates of syphilis are different among the MSM, the city residents and the farmer workers. Strengthen the health education about preventing syphilis in different population can decrease the incidence and transmission of syphilis.
