固定化假丝酵母脂肪酶对光皮树油的吸附性能

摘  要:通过TEM、比表面孔分布测定仪等对含环氧基团的聚合物载体(GHD)性能进行了表征。以GHD为载体,制备了固定化假丝酵母脂肪酶。研究了光皮树油在固定化假丝酵母脂肪酶(I-CRL)上的吸附行为,从吸附平衡和吸附动力学角度探讨了吸附机理。结果表明,光皮树油在I-CRL上的等温吸附过程符合Langmiur方程,为单分子层吸附。实验数据能很好的拟合二级动力学吸附方程,当采用聚合物GHD(40)为载体,初始光皮树油浓度(Ce)为210 mg/g,在温度为325 K,330 K,335 K时,由Arrhenius公式求得的表观活化能Ea为30.44 kJ/mol,吸附过程为吸热反应。A polymeric carrier(GHD) supported with epoxy groups was characterized by TEM and Micromeritics ASAP 2010(a kind of specific surface pore distribution analyzer).The immobilized candida lipase(I-CRL) was prepared with GHD as the carrier,further the adsorption performance of Swida wilsoniana oil on I-CRL was studied,and the adsorption mechanisms were investigated from the angles of adsorption equilibrium and kinetic.The results show that the isothermal adsorption of S.wilsoniana oil on I-CRL well agreed with that of Langmiur isothermal model,indicating that the adsorption of S.wilsoniana oil oil on I-CRL was a monolayer adsorption.The experimental data fitted well to the second-order kinetic model in the case that GHD(40) as carrier and the initial Ce was 210 mg/g.At the meantime,the apparent activation energy(Ea= 30.44 kJ/mol) can be calculated based on Arrhenius equation by the data obtained at 325 K,330 K and 335 K.The adsorption of Swida wilsoniana oil on I-CRL was proved to be an endothermic reaction.
