摘  要:染色是丰富竹材色彩提高竹产品附加值的重要技术手段,染色竹材的色彩稳定性关系到其装饰效果,本研究采用正交试验,分析不同处理的染色竹材在紫外辐照400 h后的色彩变化以及染料种类对色彩稳定性的影响。在试验考察的因素水平内,仅染料种类对400 h后的色彩变化(△E、△L*、△a*、△b*表征)的影响显著,模型通过残差正态性等检验;染料种类对不同的色彩指标的影响不同,从总色差ΔE指标看,染色有利于提高色彩稳定性,其中蓝色试样的总色差最小,但从L*、a*、b*等3个色度指标分别看,不同色彩的试样在不同的指标上稳定性不同,没有发现3个色度指标稳定性均最佳的色彩。Dyeing is an effective method to enrich the color of bamboo wood and promote bamboo products value-added,and the color stability is important to bamboo wood’s decorative effects.Through orthogonal design and tests,the color change of dyed bamboo after 400 hours of UV exposure and effects of dye types on color stability were investigated and analyzed.Among the factor levels of the tests,only dye types had the significant impacts to the color changes(the characterizations of △ E,△ L*,△ a*,△ b*) after 400 hours and the model passed diagnoses such as normality check;the dye types had different influences on different color indexes,from the aspect of △ E,dyed bamboo had a better color stability than the un-dyed one,and blue sample had a least △ E,however,from the aspect of △ L*,△ a*and △ b*,the samples with different color had different color stability,and no all-round excellent color samples were found.
