全程音乐疗法对下肢动脉闭塞症支架植入术患者舒适状况的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨音乐疗法对下肢动脉闭塞症支架植入术患者舒适状况的影响.方法 选择2012年5月～2013年4月在河北联合大学附属医院介入医学科治疗的下肢动脉闭塞症患者60例,均行支架植入术,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组各30例,对照组给予常规下肢动脉闭塞症介入治疗术护理,观察组在常规护理基础上,应用音乐疗法.在手术将要结束时用Kolcaba舒适状况量表,分别对对照组和观察组患者的舒适状况进行评定、对比.结果 两组患者舒适状态评分,对照组低度舒适者11例,中度舒适者17例,高度舒适者2例;观察组低度舒适者3例,中度舒适者21例,高度舒适者6例,观察组评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（x2=6.99,P＜ 0.05）.结论 在下肢动脉闭塞症支架植入术中全程给予音乐疗法,能改善患者的舒适状况,保障手术的顺利进行.Objective To explore the influence of comfortable situation of full music therapy in patients with lower limb arterial occlusion disease stent implantation.Methods 60 patients with lower limb arterial occlusion disease stent implantation from May 2012 to April 2013 in Department of Interventional Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Hebei United University were involved and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy nursing intervention of lower limb arterial occlusion disease stent implantation,the observation group was treated with full music therapy on the bases of conventional therapy nursing.Kolcaba comfortable status scale was used on the end of operation in the control group and the observation group,the comfortable situation of the two groups were assessed and compared.Results Comfortable state score in both groups,11 cases with low-grade comfortable situation,17 cases with middle-grade comfortable situation,2 cases with high-grade comfortable situation were found in control group; 3 cases with low-grade comfortable situation,21 cases with middle-grade comfortable situation,6 cases with high-grade comfortable situation were found in observation group.The comfortable situation in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant （x 2 =6.99,P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Full music therapy for patients with lower limb arterial occlusion disease stent implantation can improve patient comfort,protect operations smoothly.
