摘　　要：超声造影是近年来超声医学影像发展迅速的新技术之一,它可使二维超声影像和彩色多普勒信号增强,反映和观察正常组织和病变组织的血流灌注情况,提供更多的血流信号和微小血管信息,提高了超声检查的敏感性,为脏器病变的超声定性诊断构筑了新平台。超声造影技术发展迅速,已经在临床上普及应用,并发挥了重要作用。本文就超声造影在胰腺疾病诊断方面的应用做一综述。Contrast-enhanced ultrasongraphy is one of promising and relatively new technologies of ultrasound medical imaging,which enhance the two-dimensional ultrasound imaging and color Doppler signal,and can reflect blood perfusion of normal tissue and diseased tissue,provide more blood flow signals and tiny blood vessels information.Contrast-enhanced ultrasongraphy improves the sensitivity of ultrasound and provide the new platform for organ disease diagnosis.Contrast-enhanced ultrasongraphy is developing rapidly,has universal application in clinic and play an important role.The purpose of this article is to review the clinical research and applications of contrast-enhanced ultrasongraphy in pancreatic diseases diagnosis.
