2012年海宁市麻风病防治核心信息基线调查结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解海宁市社会公众防治核心信息知晓情况,为今后开展麻风病健康教育工作策略指导。方法使用多阶段抽样方法选取海宁市6个乡镇12个村的471名社会公众进行问卷调查,了解7条麻风病防治核心信息的知晓情况。结果共调查471人,总知晓率为41.10%。调查对象对麻风病传染性、人群抵抗力、早期症状、防治机构、免费治疗政策、防残措施、可治愈性的知晓率分别为62.85%、31.85%、25.05%、51.17%、18.26%、47.77%和50.74%。不同年龄组、文化及职业间防治核心信息基本知晓情况总体差异有统计学意义,青壮年人群、大专及以上文化程度者、技术及管理人员基本知晓情况最好,而不同性别和婚姻状况间防治核心信息基本知晓情况差异无统计学意义。结论应根据社会公众麻风病防治核心信息知晓情况开展针对性健康教育,如期完成2020年社会大众麻风病防治核心信息知晓率达到80%的目标。Objective To investigate the awareness status of key messages on leprosy control among citizens in Haining City so as to provide strategic guidance for conducting leprosy-rdated health education.Methods A questionnaire survey on awareness status of 7 items of key messages on leprosy control was conducted among 471 citizens selected from 12 villages of 6 towns in Haining City by multi-stage sampling method.Results Totally 471 citizens were surveyed,with a total awareness rate of 41.10 %.The awareness rates of infectivity of leprosy,population-based resistance,early symptoms,control agencies,policies on free examination and treatment of leprosy,measures for prevention of disability and curability were 62.85%,31.85%,25.05%,51.17%,18.26%,47.77% and 50.74%,respectivdy.There were statistically significant differences in basic awareness rates of key messages among different age groups,education levels and occupations,in which young adults,well-edueated people and technical and administrative staff showed the best awareness.But no significant difference was found regarding basic awareness rates of key messages in different genders and marital status.Conclusions Targeted health education should be made to reach the goal of public awareness rate of 80 % in 2020 on time.
