九味糖肾汤对糖尿病肾病患者血Ⅳ胶原、层粘连蛋白表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察九味糖肾汤对糖尿病肾病(DN)患者血Ⅳ胶原、层粘连蛋白(LN)表达的影响。方法将60例微量白蛋白尿期的DN患者(中医辨证属肝肾气阴两虚)随机分为中药治疗组和基础治疗组,各30例,基础治疗组治疗措施包括饮食控制、控制血压、控制血脂、控制血糖,中药治疗组在基础治疗上予以九味糖肾汤口服,共6个月,随访6个月。结果治疗后中药治疗组血尿素氮(BUN)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TCHO)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-c)和脂蛋白(Lp)水平均显著低于基础治疗组(P<0.05或P<0.01);两组血肌酐(Cr)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-c)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中药治疗组Ⅳ胶原、层粘连蛋白(LN)、尿微量白蛋白(M-Alb)显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论九味糖肾汤对糖尿病肾病患者血Ⅳ胶原、层粘连蛋白表达有显著降低作用。Objective To observe Jiuweitang Shentang （the nine flavored sugar） on serum Ⅳ collagen and laminin in diabetic nephropathy（DN） patients. Methods Sixty DN patients in the microalbuminuria stage（liver and kidney Yin Deficiency type） were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and control group. Control group received diet restriction and control of blood pressure, lipids and glucose. The treatment group was given Jiuweitang Shentang for 6 months in addition to interventions of control group. All patients were followed up for 6 months. Results Blood urea nitrogen, triglyceride, cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein and lipoprotein in Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than those of control group（P＆lt;0.05 or P＆lt;0.01）, while serum creatinine and high-den-sity lipoprotein did not differ between two groups （P＆gt;0.05）. Ⅳ collagen, laminin and urinary albumin were de-creased in Chinese medicine group than in control group（P＆lt;0.05 or P＆lt;0.01）. Conclusion Jiuweitang Shentang can decrease the expression of blood Ⅳ collagen and laminin in diabetic nephropathy patients.
