摘　　要：本文从我国图书馆引进先进的计算机管理后遇到的问题谈起 ,提出应用软件是体现先进管理思想 ,并能充分体现管理精髓 ,推动传统管理向现代化管理的重要推动力 ;并指出人要适应软件 。This article raises from the problems of introducing advanced computer management and points out that software applications embodies not only the advanced management ideas but the management soul.Software drives traditional management to modernization management.It indicates that man should fit the software and no software fits man.
