摘　　要：文化软实力是促进国家进步发展、加快民族复兴的客观要求,是增强国家核心竞争力的迫切需要,标志着人民生活水平的显著提高和社会文明程度的进展。寒地黑土文化软实力包括冰雪文化、消夏纳凉的自然景观文化、绿色生态物产文化、极端环境造就的移民文化。黑土文化软实力的建设应以观念制度建设、精神品格建设、文化产业建设为主体内容,建设特色的龙江黑土文化。Cultural soft power promotes national development, speeds up the the national rejuvenation, enhances the national core competitiveness and marks the improvement of the people＇ s living standards and the social civilization. This article discusses the contents of cultural soft power of cold zone black glebe ;and proposes strategies for enhancing them.
