摘  要:以极端暴雨灾害下城市内涝的早期预测为出发点,利用一维与二维圣维南方程和堰流理论,建立地面径流耦合和地面径流与地下管流耦合的城市内涝演化模型,并采用种子蔓延算法模拟极端暴雨灾害下的地面径流和地下管网水位变化情况。通过对特殊积水点和管道的水位变化分析,提出合理化改进意见,为将来城市管网的改扩建和在极端暴雨灾害下的防汛预警决策提供理论依据。In this paper, the early forecast on flood and waterlog disaster of the cities under the extreme rainstorm disasters was taken as the starting point. On the basis of one - two St . Venant equations and weir flow theory, the evolution models of urban waterlog was established, which includes the ground coupled model and surface runoff-underground pipe flow cou- pled model. Further, the changes of the surface runoff and underground water pipe network are simulated by the seed spread algorithm. Finally, analyzing the special plashes and the water levels of pipeline, the rational improved opinion is advanced, that provide theory basis about the future expansion of the city pipe - network and the decision - making of flood prevention under the flood and waterlog disaster.
