摘 要:以钠化膨润土为载体,用浸渍法将锆负载到膨润土上,对固液比、改性剂浓度和浸渍时间进行优化,制备出高效除磷复合材料。采用IR、XRD、SEM分析表征了其结构,考察了投加量、反应时间、温度、磷废液初始浓度、pH值对磷吸附的影响,实验结果表明:在改性剂浓度为5g/L,固液比1∶20,室温以150 r/min恒温振荡4 h的条件下,氧氯化锆成功负载到膨润土上,钠化并改性后膨润土的层间距和吸附性能有所改善;在磷浓度为50 mg/L的酸性环境中,投加0.6g复合材料、吸附60min,能去除90%以上的磷,吸附过程符合Langmuir等温模型和Lagergren一级动力学方程。因此,该复合材料是一种潜在吸附剂。Sodium-bentonite as the carrier, zirconium was booded to bentonite by immersion method, Throagh the ratio of solid-liquid and modifier concentration and soaking time optimized, efficient phosphorus removal composite material was prepared. IR, XRD, SEM were used to analyze the structure of modified bentonite, the effectsof dosage, adsorption time, temperature and pH value on phosphorus removal were observed. Results showed that the concentration of modifier solution was 5 g/L, the solid-to-liquid ratio was 1:20, and the oscillation time was 4h with 150 r/rain in constant room temperature, Zirconium oxychloride successfully loaded to the bentonite. The modified bentonite had good effect on the improvement of interlayer spacing and adsorption performance, in the acidic environment of phosphorus concentration 50 mg/L, adding 0.6 g of composite materials and adsorbing 60 minutes, More than 90% of the phosphate can be removed ,the adsorption agreed well with Langmuir isotherm model and Lagergren first order kinetics equation. So, It was a potential adsorbent.
