摘 要:对经不同时间好氧堆肥预处理(0,3,5,7,9d)的园林植物废弃物进行厌氧消化实验,研究预处理时间对厌氧消化过程中产气量、甲烷含量、pH值、NH+4-N和SCOD等特性的影响。结果表明:堆肥预处理能够降解破坏木质素和碳水化合物之间的化学键及晶格结构,增加可溶性物质含量,提高厌氧消化产气量及甲烷含量,促进NH+4-N和SCOD去除。从提高园林植物废弃物产气量的角度看,以堆肥预处理7d为原料的反应器启动快,气体产量和甲烷含量最高,厌氧消化效果最好。Mechanisms of the composting pretreatment of greenwaste on anaerobic digestion were investigated with five composting times (0,3,5,7, 9 d). Biogas yield, methane volumetric concentration, pH value, ammonia nitrogen and SCOD were monitored during the digestion. The results showed that composting pretreatment could improve the degradation of cellulose and lignin by breaking the chemical bonds, increasing the contents of soluble substances. During anaerobic digestion processes, the biogas yield and the methane volumetric concentration were correlated with the removal of ammonia nitrogen and SCOD. The results showed that composting pretreatment with 7 days was the best to shorten the start-up time and improve the biogas yield among the treatments.
