摘  要:针对采用传统浇注工艺生产某产品爆发器孔座中存在的问题,按照为解决浇不满、缩孔、缩松以及夹杂和针孔等问题,而对浇注温度、铸型温度和保温温度等工艺参数进行调整的思路,通过对试验结果进行对比分析,大胆突破了传统浇注工艺中浇注温度和铸型温度要求的束缚,研究形成了爆发器孔座近凝固点浇注工艺,并对其中包含的减少缩孔、缩松,提高充型能力,以及减少氧化夹杂和针孔的机理、工艺过程、效果评价和创新点进行了阐述。Aimed at the existing problem of producing certain product exploder hole seat with traditional pouring tech- nology, according to the thinking way of adjusting technology parameter such as pouring temperature", the temperature of casting mold, warm keeping temperature, ete, solved the problem of insufficient mould ability, shrinkage hole and shrinkage porosity, inclusion and pinhole through contrast analysis of experiment, this broke through the fetter of traditional pouring technology such as pouring temperature, the temperature of casting mold, boldly, studied pouring mechanism of forming exploder hole seat approaching solidified point, formulated the mechanism technique process, the effect appraisement, innovation point of reduces shrinkage hole and shrinkage porosity, increased mould ability, reduced oxidation, inclusion and pinhole, contained in approaching solidified point pouring process.
