摘　　要：以典型盒形件为例,基于毛坯展开和产品成形性分析软件———BEW软件,利用UG NX8.5建立了实体模型,分析了该矩形盒形件的毛坯展开和拉深成形性能,保证了毛坯形状尺寸和零件精度要求,达到了盒形零件的工艺要求。Took typical box for an example, according to BEW software（blank development and product formability analysis software）, entity model was set up in the UG NX8.5, and the rectangular box blank developmentand deep drawing performance were analyzed, which guaranteed the size and shape blank parts accuracy requirement, has reached the technical requirements of box parts.
