摘  要:近年来机器型通信(MTC),也可以称为机器对机器间的通信(M2M),一种新型的通信业务,逐渐受到广泛的关注,在3GPP标准化会议上是一个热点话题.但是由于MTC终端数目庞大,且其具有频繁发送小数据的业务特征,当大量MTC终端同时发起随机接入信道请求时,就会造成随机信道的拥塞,导致用户体验较长的延时,因此,3GPP标准化组织提出了解决避免大量MTC终端接入导致拥塞的EAB机制,这种机制能够控制终端接入的数目,但对同时发起随机信道接入请求的终端数目不是很理想.对此提出一种分散机制来打散同一时间点接入的终端的数目.In recent years,Machine Type Communication(MTC)can also be referred to as Machine to Machine(M2M),which is a new kind of communication service,receives widespread attention gradually and is a hot topic in the 3 GPP standardization con-ference.However,due to its service feature of existing large number of MTC-Device which frequently transmit small data,when surge of MTC-Devices initiate a large number of random access channel requests simultaneously,it will cause random channel congestion which causes the user to experience a long time delay.Therefore,3GPP standard organization proposed a EAB mecha-nism to avoid a large number of MTC terminal access leading to congestion.This mechanism can control the number of terminal access,while the number of terminals initiating random channel access requests at the same time is not ideal.It is necessary to propose an extra dispersion scheme to disperse the number of access terminals at the same time.
