摘　　要：通过收集整理国内外大量废弃矿井开发利用的实践案例及相关理论研究成果,把废弃矿井的开发利用模式划分为7种基本类型,并对各类模式的国内外实践现状和理论研究进行了总结分析。结合矿井地下空间在平面和深度方向上延伸范围较大的特点,分析了埋藏深度和区位对废弃矿井地下空间开发模式的限制。This paper collected and summed up a lot of practice cases and theoretical research results about resource development of the aban- doned mine. And took this as the basis, the development modes of abandoned underground space of mine were divided into seven types, current practice and theoretical research at home and abroad were analyzed and summarized according to every type. Combined with the characteristics of the greater extended on both plane and depth direction of abandoned underground space of mine, this paper proposed and analyzed that the depth and lo- cation were the main limiting factors to the development mode of abandoned underground space of mine.
