摘 要:盘式周向拉杆转子是由周向均布的多根拉杆将若干级轮盘预紧而成的组合单轴式转子,其设计、制造和装配都极其复杂。为验证其设计方法和考查其与整体单轴式转子差异,搭建了盘式周向拉杆转子-轴承系统实验台。考查了预紧饱和状态下转子启动、低速、超一阶临界转速等几种运行情况,分析了不同转速运行时轴承座、转子轴颈和不同轮盘处的振动信号,绘制了盘式周向拉杆转子-轴承系统的波德图、轴心轨迹图和瀑布图。计算和实验结果表明,预紧饱和状态下盘式周向拉杆转子具有与整体单轴式转子相似的动力学特性,实验中还出现了系统不对称刚度所导致的转子反向涡动。Rod-fastening rotor is composed of certain number of discs which are fastened as a composite single-shaft rotor by circumferential tie-rods and it is sophisticated to design,manufacture and assemble.A test rig of the pretension saturated rodfastening rotor-bearing system was established to verify its design method and investigate the difference with the solid continuous rotor.The vibration signals of the bearing pedestal,rotor journals and different discs were measured at different speeds for the start,low speed and the first-order super critical speed.The Bode diagrams,whirling orbits and waterfall diagrams were obtained from these signals.The calculation and experiment results show that the rod-fastening rotor has the similar dynamic characters with the solid continuous rotor.In the experiment,it is found that the rotor backward whirl is caused by the asymmetry of the system stiffness.
