摘  要:永磁悬浮轴承由于结构简单且不需要复杂的位置控制系统而具有相当的应用价值。基于永磁材料的线性退磁曲线,通过对双永磁环的磁路分析,利用间隙磁导的拟合计算公式,采用虚功原理法得到双永磁环轴向静态磁力的解析模型,该解析模型可以计算不同内外径的双永磁环悬浮轴承的轴向静态承载力,并设计了测量双永磁环间隙与磁力关系的实验装置,实验结果表明,永磁环磁力解析模型的计算值和实测值吻合较好,该方法能较好的计算出双永磁环悬浮轴承的静态承载力。Axial bi-annular-shaped permanent magnetic bearings (PMB) is useful for its simple structure and working without active control. Based on the analysis of the magnetic circuit of bi-annular-shaped permanent magnetic bearings, according to fitting formula of magnetic conductance and permanent material property which have a linear demagnetization curve, the differential coefficients of magnetic field energy to virtual displacement method was employed to construct an axial magnetic force analytical mathematic model of axially magnetized bi-annular-shaped PMB. The axial magnetic force in bi-annular-shaped permanent magnet with different internal diameters and external diameters can be obtained using this model. The results are in agreement with those measured from experiments and those calculated by the mathematic model. This method can calculate the static magnetic force of dual ring magnetic bearing.
