摘　　要：目的:探讨支气管激发试验操作过程中采取的合理有效的措施,提高操作准确性与安全性,并减少不良事件。方法:选用本院肺功能室392例行支气管激发试验的可疑支气管哮喘患者,并对其结果进行综合分析。操作中采取的措施包括:(1)操作前严格筛查;(2)掌握绝对禁忌证和相对禁忌证;(3)排除可能影响结果准确性的因素;(4)操作中和操作后观察病情变化。结果:392例中,388例完成支气管激发试验,无并发症发生,4例患者途中中止操作。结论:操作前严格筛查,操作中密切观察,操作后适当处置是支气管激发试验的重要保证。Objective： To improve the accuracy and safety and reduce adverse events through taking reasonable and effective measures in the bronchial provocation test. Method： 392 cases of suspected asthma patients with bronchial provocation test results in pulmonary function test room in our hospital were selected, the following measures must be done in the operation： （ 1 ） strict screening before operation; （ 2 ） mastered absolute contraindications and relative contraindications; （ 3 ） ruled out the factors influencing the accuracy of the results ; （ 4 ） operation and observation patient＇s condition after the operation. Result： In 392 cases, 388 cases had completed the operation without adverse events, 4 cases had to give up the operation. Conclusion： It is an important guarantee to screen strictly before the operation, observe closely in the operation and manage appropriately after the operation.
