日本“极致文化”的思想内涵及行为内涵探究

摘　　要：做事精细、擅长摄取别家所长的特点是日本民族在历史长河中逐渐形成的极致文化的体现,它已根植于日本独特的民族发展的历史进程和社会组织形式,渗入日本民族精髓,成为人们浑然不觉的自觉行为。文章揭示日本民族极致文化的思想内涵及行为内涵,在肯定日本民族的这种极致文化讲究精细、创新、求变以及奉献意识等积极一面的同时,指出由于泛家族制度下纵式社会组织构架的影响,人们对于团队或社会组织有很强的依附性,个性张扬无法突破组织制约,日本民众存在唯命是从的负面特性。客观地认识和了解日本民族极致文化的特性,将有助于我们在与之交流、合作和竞争时,更好地讲究策略和方法,达到预期成效。The Japanese national characteristic of meticulosity is an expression of its extreme culture gradually formed throughout history .This extreme culture is deeply rooted in the unique Japanese historical and social organization ,and has become the intrinsic behaviour of the Japanese people . Through analyzing the thought connotation and behavior connotation of the Japanese extreme culture , this paper reveals the positive side of delicacy ,innovation and dedication of the Japanese people ,and also points out the negative side of the Japanese who are always submissive because of their adherence to the group or the social organization and thus their incapability to break through the restrictions of the vertical social mechanism under the Pan family system .It will be helpful for us to have an objec-tive understanding of the characteristic of Japanese extreme culture during future communication and competition .
