摘　　要：创新创业精神和能力的培养是高校人才培养的核心。文章重点从建立多元化与科学化的创新创业培养模式、搭建校内创新创业研究平台、建设校外校企合作创新创业基地、强化创业教育等方面探讨了工科院校生物技术专业大学生创新创业能力的培养和实践。The cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability is the core of talent training in col-leges .T his paper investigates the cultivation and practice of the innovation and entrepreneurship abili-ty of students of biotechnology in engineering colleges from different aspects including the establish-ment of the diversified scientific innovation and entrepreneurship training mode ,the construction of the on-campus innovation and entrepreneurship research platform as well as the off-campus training base of school-enterprise cooperation ,the enhancement of entrepreneurship education ,etc .
