摘　　要：电子商务是当前最具吸引力的产业之一。作为一门新兴的技术和新型交易模式,其满足人们消费欲望的同时也存在自身的局限性。从福利经济学的视角出发,以帕累托最优模型为解决途径,从消费与生产的微观角度分析供求双方的均衡,以及从社会福利的宏观视角探讨国民生产各要素的收入变化。客观分析电子商务的社会经济价值,对优化资源配置、转变经济发展方式、优化产业结构具有重要意义。E-commerce is currently one of the most attractive industries.As an emerging technology and new trading patterns, it meets consumer desires.However it also has some limitations.This paper explores the elements of change in macro national product income, which stands at the perspective of welfare economics, takes Pareto optimal model as solve way, analyzes the mi-croscopic point of consumption and production of both supply and demand balance , and considers the social welfare perspective . Our objective analysis of the socio-economic value of e-commerce is of importance for optimizing resource allocation , transformation of economic development and optimizing industrial structure.
