陕西省创新环境与经济发展协调性分析及类型划分

摘　　要：创新环境与经济的协调发展是实现区域经济快速增长的必然途径。本文通过构建创新环境与经济发展水平综合评价指标体系,运用协调发展度模型,对陕西省创新环境与经济发展的协调性进行了定量分析,并以此为基础进行类型划分。结果表明:1)陕西省各市创新环境呈现出"中部凸起,两极塌陷"的空间极化现象;2)陕西省各市经济发展水平存在较大的差距并具有较为严重失衡的态势;3)陕西省绝大部分城市的创新环境与经济发展的协调性不高,且创新环境明显滞后于经济的发展,从而致使协调发展度的整体偏低;4)陕西省创新环境和经济发展的协调类型可划分为3个大类5个亚类,且全省协调类型状态较差;5)随着经济全球化和知识经济时代的到来,不同类型区应结合"区情"进行区域创新环境的更新或营造,促进区域创新环境与经济的协调发展。The coordinated development of innovation environment and economy is the inevitable way to achieve rapid growth of regional economy. By building comprehensive evaluation index system of innovation environment and economic development level and using the coordinated development degree model, this paper analyzes the coordination of innovation environment and economic development in Shaanxi Province quantitatively, and based on this, conducts type classification of it.The results shows that： ①Innovation environment of each city in Shaanxi Province takes on a ＆quot; central bulge, poles collapse ＆quot; spatial polarization phenomenon; ②There is a big gap of economic development in Shaanxi Province.The province has a more serious imbalanced situation; ③The coordination of innovation environment and economic development of most of the city in Shaanxi Province is not high, and the innovation environment significantly lags behind economic development, leading to the low coordinated development degree of the whole; ④The types of coordination of innovation environment and economic development in Shaanxi Province can be divided into three categories and 5 subcategories, and the state of the whole province ’s coordination type is poor; ⑤As the economic globalization and the knowledge economy era is coming, the regions of different types should update or create regional innovation environment according to different “regional situation ”,and promote the coordinated development of regional innovation environment and economic development .
