摘 要:为研究圆柱滚子轴承在不同工况下的滚子打滑机理,基于ABAQUS/Explicit建立滚子与滚道柔性接触的有限元分析计算模型,以显式算法为基础对轴承进行全柔性多体动力学计算分析。通过提取轴承动力学计算结果中滚子中心节点速度变化历程,获得滚子相对滚道理想纯滚动的打滑率,研究内圈转速、径向载荷和过盈配合产生的压力等因素对滚子打滑率的影响规律。结果表明:内圈转速和径向载荷对滚子打滑率影响显著;随着径向载荷的增加和内圈转速的减小,可一定程度消除滚子打滑;在相同内圈转速和径向载荷下,增加内圈与轴的过盈配合产生的压力可降低滚子打滑率。In order to study the skidding mechanism for rollers of cylindrical roller bearings under different working con-ditions,the finite element model for flexible contact between roller and raceway is built based on ABAQUS/Explicit. Then the flexible multi -body dynamics calculation is analyzed based on the explicit algorithm.The skidding rate of rollers is obtained by extracting the speed change process of center nodes of rollers from the calculation result of bearing dynamics,relative to pure rolling of roller along the raceway.The influence of rotational speed of inner ring,radial load and pressure of interference fit on skidding rate of rollers is studied.The results show that rotational speed of inner ring and radial load have a great influence on skidding rate of rollers.The skidding of rollers can be eliminated to an extent with the increase of radial load and decrease of rotational speed of inner ring.The increasing pressure of interference fit between inner ring and shaft is effective way to reduce the skidding rate for rollers under the same rotational speed of in-ner ring and radial load.
