摘　　要：润滑油的性能直接关系到油膜轴承的使用寿命,针对轧机油膜轴承工作环境恶劣、对润滑油的性能要求较苛刻等特点,研制出轧机油膜轴承试验机,介绍了试验机技术方案、主要组成部分及其功能。该试验机可模拟高速线材精轧机组的实际工况,进行不同油膜轴承润滑油性能的对比试验。验证试验结果表明,试验机具有良好的可靠性,满足预期要求。The performance of lubricating oil is directly related to the service life of the oil film bearings.Aiming at the poor working condition and harsh lubricating performance requirements for oil film bearings in rolling mill,the tester is developed for oil film bearings in rolling mill.The technical proposal,main component and functions of tester are intro-duced.The tester is designed by simulating the actual working condition of the high speed wire rod finishing mill group, and the contrast test is carried out for lubrication oil performance of different oil film bearings.The validation test re-sults show that the tester has good reliability and can satisfy the expected requirements.
