基于调研的成果转化信息服务模式设计——以生物医药成果转化过程为例

摘　　要：通过文献、网络以及问卷调研的方式,分析生物医药成果转化过程中各主要阶段不同的信息需求,针对各阶段,提出时间维度上的纵向服务;面对生物医药成果转化的不同参与方,包括企业、高校、科研机构等,基于他们对服务和信息的不同需求设置了空间维度上的横向服务。文章最后以武汉光谷生物城为实证对象验证这种横向服务结合纵向服务的信息服务模式的可行性。Through literature research, networks research, and the questionnaire survey, the different information needs in the main stages of biomedical achievement transformation were analyzed, and then vertical service on the time dimension was suggested. For the different parties of biomedical achievements transformation, including corporations, universities, and research institutions, etc. , horizontal service on the spatial dimension based on their different needs for services and information was proposed. Finally, taking Biolake of Wuhan as em-pirical object, the feasibility of information service model with the horizontal and vertical scaling of the service was tested.
