摘  要:研究了2,4-二氯苯胺在酸性条件下直接加压水解合成2,4-二氯苯酚的新工艺。对反应温度、反应时间、原料配比、原料浓度、酸体系等参数进行优化,得到最优工艺参数:使用盐酸体系,盐酸∶2,4-二氯苯胺(摩尔比)=2、2,4-二氯苯胺浓度4%、反应温度230℃、反应时间4 h,转化率约50%,选择性66.67%。该工艺流程简单、后处理简便,未反应的原料可以循环使用,具有较好的研究开发前景。Introduces a new synthesis process of 2.4-dichlorophenol. which is synthesized from 2,4-dichloroaniline by direct pressurized hydrolysis in acidic conditions. Optimizes the parameters such as reaction temperature, reaction time, ratio of raw materials, raw material concentration and acid system, and obtains the optimum process parameters. In hydrochloric acid system, when the molar ratio of hydrochloric acid and 2,4-dichloroanihne is 2. the concentration of 2,4- dichloroaniline is 4%, the reaction temperature is 230 ~C and the reaction time is 4 h. the conversion rate of 2.4- dichloroaniline is about 50% and the selectivity of 2,4-dichlorophenol is 66.67%. The new process and post-treatment is simple, the unreacted material can be recycled. Therefore. the new method has good research and development prospects.
