摘　　要：城市雾霾天气越发严重,凸显了我国生态环境的严峻性以及传统发展模式的难以为继。通过从利益、行为、制度及激励四个方面剖析生态文明建设缺失导致雾霾天气的成因,进而在理论分析基础上从协调经济与生态利益、实现主体行为转变,完善生态制度保障以及明确激励方向四个方面提出城市雾霾天气治理的生态文明建设路径。City fog and haze is more and more serious, highlighting the seriousness of the ecological environ- ment and unsustainable traditional models of development. This paper analyzes that it is the lack of ecological civilization construction that causes city fog and hazes from four aspects of the interests, behavior, system and incentive. Furthermore, based on the theoretical analysis, we proposed the path of ecological civilization con- struction of city fog and haze governance by coordinating economic and ecological benefits, implementing be- havior transformation, improving the system of ecological security and clearing incentives direction
