摘　　要：作为民族高校图书馆,延边大学图书馆的特色馆藏建设中还存在着经费短缺、资源不够丰富、人力资源匮乏及服务延伸不足的问题,只有加大采购经费投入、多渠道丰富特色馆藏资源、加强人才队伍建设及建立多元文化联合目录,才是民族高校图书馆特色馆藏建设的发展策略。As a library of university for nationalities, Library of Yanbian University is facing problems such as shortage of funds and resources, lack of qualified personnels and efficient service. The development strategies to construct library of university for nationalities with features include the followings, to increase the purchase input and widen the channels to enrich the collection; to enhance the team of qualified personnels and build multi-cultural united catalogues.
