摘 要:研究旨在利用回归分析及SPC技术分析饲料加工过程中配料因素对饲料产品质量造成的影响,建立饲料产品质量的配料工艺控制模型及方法,提高饲料配方的保真度。通过对48例猪浓缩料中蛋白原料配料数据、成品粗蛋白质检测数据进行回归分析、单值图分析和过程能力分析,提出了对配料精度的改进措施,获得受控状态下成品粗蛋白质的变化范围。结果表明,豆粕配料值在无偏受控状态下,成品粗蛋白质变化范围与配方值更为接近。结果提示,运用SPC技术可实现从成品结果控制向配料过程控制、从人工控制向自动控制的转变,起到提高饲料产品质量的作用。This experiment was conducted to study the effect of hatching on feed product quality in the feed process by regression analysis and statistical process control (SPC), build batching process con- trol model and method of feed product quality, and improve feed formulation fidelity. We analyzed pro- tein feedstuffs batching data and crude protein testing data of finished feed of forty-eight pig concen- trated feed by regression analysis , X-MR chart and process capability method, proposed improvement measures, and got the crude protein range of finished feed in a state-of-control. The results showed that the crude protein range of finished feed was closer to the feed formulation in unbiased state-of- control of soybean meal weighting value. These results indicated that SPC could realize change from finished feed results control to feed hatching quality process control and from manual control to auto- matic control, and play an important role in the improvement of quality control of feed products.
