摘  要:为了制备仔猪生物活性饲料,利用枯草芽孢杆菌和乳酸菌对断奶仔猪饲料进行发酵。通过单因素和正交试验,以还原糖含量作为发酵条件的优化指标进行分析。最终得出最佳发酵条件为:外加水量为59%,接种量为8%,芽孢菌与乳酸茵的比例为3:1,发酵温度范围为20~42℃。按照优化条件37℃下发酵72h,测得还原糖含量为发酵前的3.24倍,能够制备出较好的仔猪发酵饲料。In order to produce bioactive feed of piglet,the feed was fermented by the strains mixture of ba- cillus subtilis and lactobacillus. The fermentation conditions were studied by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments with the content of reducing sugar as the index. The optimal fermentation oper- ation parameters were obtained as follows: amount of water added 59%, total inoculum dose 8%, inoculum ratio of bacillus bacteria to lactobacillus 3:1, fermentation temperature 20-42 ℃. As those conditions and under fermentation temperature 37 ℃, the content of reducing sugar was 3.24 times higher than that of the unfermented feed after a 72 h fermentation process. So the better fermention feed of piglet can be produced.
