液基细胞学技术在非妇科细胞学诊断中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨液基细胞学检测(TCT)技术在非妇科细胞学诊断中应用价值。方法:采用TCT技术对1 088例痰液、体液、穿刺液等标本进行检查。结果:TCT技术对非妇科类细胞学检查阳性检出率大为提高,比传统直接涂片法阳性检出率提高12.20%。结论:液基细胞新技术的应用解决了过去传统细胞学检查许多不足。在提高阳性率的同时还为细胞学在基因诊断、免疫诊断、分子病理学诊断及抗原保存等方面的发展起到很大推动作用。Objective：To explore the application value of ThinPrep cytology test（TCT） in the diagnosis of non gynaecological cytology.Methods：Application of TCT were examined in 1 088 cases of sputum,body fluid,puncture fluid and other specimens.Results：The new technology of TCT positive rate of non gynecological cytology detection is improved greatly compared to traditional method of direct smear positive rate increased by 12.20%.Conclusion：The application of the new technology of TCT,To solve the past traditional cytology many deficiencies.To raise the positive rate and also for diagnosis and development of cytology in gene diagnosis,Immunologic diagnosis,molecular pathological diagnosis and antigen preservation in promoting.
