摘 要:在火电厂基建过程中,机组启动调试工作是电厂基建的最后一道工序,是全面检查考验机组各设备的设计、制造、安装、调试和生产准备情况的重要环节,通过调试工作能发现机组各种潜在的缺陷。本文对"精细化调试"管理方法进行了介绍,内蒙古电力科学研究院在调试国电建投内蒙古能源有限公司布连电厂2×660 MW超超临界机组的过程中,根据机组技术特点,采用"精细化调试"管理方法,在调试项目部组建及安全技术质量管控方面进行了探索,对超超临界汽水品质控制、单列辅机、机组主保护等技术管理进行了分析,丰富了超超临界机组调试管理经验,为同类型机组调试提供借鉴。In the process of power plant construction, the unit commissioning was the end of step, which was important to examine the equipments' design, manufacture, installation, commissioning and operation. What's more, the commissioning can discover the potential defects. The author introduced the refining commissioning. According to the unit technical characteristics of Bulian Power Plant, adopting the management of the refining commissioning, the author discussed the management points of the commissioning project organization and the safety quality. Meanwhile, the author illustrated the ultra-supercritical unit's steam and water quality control, single auxiliary engine, unit main protection, The article enriched the commissioning management experience of ultra-supercritical unit, as well as a certain reference value for the same type unit commissioning.
