摘 要:HR3C钢是制作超超临界机组受热面管道的新型奥氏体不锈钢。按照《DL/T868—2004焊接工艺评定规程》对拟定的HR3C钢焊接工艺进行评定。经过评定,证明拟定的HR3C钢焊接工艺是合格的,可作为HR3C钢实际应用的焊接工艺。在实际焊接过程中,如果存在焊接热输入过大、层间温度超过100℃或焊缝背部未充氩等不规范操作,则易产生未熔合、焊瘤、气孔、裂纹等缺陷,因此建议采用规范的焊接工艺参数,避免焊接缺陷的发生。HR3C steel was a new type of austenitic stainless steel to make heating surface tubes for ultra-supercritical pressure boiler. Evaluated the objected HR3C welding technology with DL/T 868--2004 Code for welding procedure qualification. The evaluation showed that the objected welding technology was qualified, and it could be used as the actual welding techology for HR3C. Weld defects such as lack of fusion, overlap, gas pores and weld crack were easily appeared, if the heat input was too big, the interlayer temperature was over 100 ~C, or carry out other operations were not standard. Therefore, the author put forward that carrying out normal welding technology strictly during welding operation to avoid weld defects.
