摘　　要：在以"微博"、"微信"等得到广泛普及应用为特点的"自媒体"时代背景下,传统的大学生思想政治教育工作既面临严峻的挑战,又面临创新发展的新机遇。高等院校应从加强自媒体教育阵地建设、创新教育内容与方法、提高教育者能力素质等方面创新大学生思想政治教育工作。In the we-media time which is characterized by micro-blogs and micro-messages, the traditional ideological and political education of university students has faced serious challenges as well as various chances for the new development. Universities can innovate such education from the following aspects： strengthening the position construction of the we-media, innovation of educational content and methods, and improvement of quality of educators.
