摘　　要：通过对印度茧丝绸业的实地考察,介绍了印度茧丝绸业的产业地位突出、管理和技术体系完整、蚕丝业技术水平逐步上升、织绸业相对发达、国内消费需求基本稳定、出口贸易增速较快等特点,分析了其蚕业总体生产水平偏低、加工企业平均规模较小、技术装备水平相对落后、内需市场面临挑战、国际竞争优势有限等问题。并结合中国实际,对中国茧丝绸业的发展提出了加快行业的立法工作、优化产业布局和结构、实施桑蚕"种子工程"、完善创新支持体系、推进品牌建设、深入拓展国内市场、开拓资源综合利用等建议,促进行业稳定、健康、持续发展,巩固中国在世界茧丝绸产业中的主导地位。This paper introduces characteristics of Indian cocoon silk industry through field investigation, such as facing challenges and limited international competitive advantages, etc. In combination with actual situations of China, this paper put forwards some suggestions on the development of Chinese cocoon silk industry, such as accelerating industry legislation, optimizing industry layout and structures, implementing ＂ Seeds Project＂ of silkworm, improving innovation support system, promoting brand building, further expanding domestic market and exploiting comprehensive utilization of resources, etc. so as to promote the stable, healthy and sustainable development of the industry and consolidate the leading role of China in cocoon silk industry in the world.
