摘　　要：指出当前我国科技期刊发展中存在的误区 :部分人士对科技期刊的功能认识不足 ,未能正确评价期刊被美国科学引文索引 (SCI)收录的价值 ,期刊为提高知名度所采取的方式欠妥 ,对国内外期刊发表的论文未能公正评价 ,论文关键词的标引不规范 ,电子版期刊的发展对印刷版期刊的要求太高 ;The problems in publishing Chinese sci-tech periodicals include poor understanding of the function of sci-tech periodicals and the value of SCI,which is wrongly considered as the only indicator for the value of sci-tech periodicals. Improper measures are taken by some periodicals to improve their reputation, because their editors cannot properly compare the quality of papers published in their periodicals with those in foreign journals. Mechanically, the key words of papers in some periodicals are usually not well cited owing to the lack of knowledge on scientometrics. Now the development of electronic periodicals has become a threat to the conventional periodicals in China. So some measures are suggested in this paper to improve the conventional periodicals.
