摘　　要：依据山羊绒纤维长度与长绒棉长度相近的特点,选用棉纺系统与设备加工转杯纺纯羊绒纱线;为了消除纺纱静电,对山羊绒纤维进行了纺纱前加油给湿等预处理;开清工序采用温柔开松工艺;梳棉工序采用大隔距、轻定量、慢速工艺;并条工序采用大隔距、通道光洁、重加压等措施;细纱采用转杯纺;股线采用倍捻机,可成功纺制转杯纺20.8×2tex纯羊绒双股线,且成纱质量较好。This study uses cotton spinning system and equipment to process rotor spinning pure cashmere yarn according to the feature of similar length of cashmere fiber and long stapled cotton and conducts pretreatment for cashmere fiber such as oiling and wetting before spinning in order to eliminate static electricity during spinning. Opening and cleaning process uses tender opening process~ cotton carding process uses large gauge length, light quantification and slow speed~ drawing process uses large gauge length, bright and clean channel and heavy loading~ fine yarn is subject to rotor spinning~ plied yarn uses two-for-one twister. In this way, 20. 8 × 2tex pure cashmere twin wire rotor spinning yarn can be made with a good spinning quality.
