大黄胶囊粉调酒精敷神阙穴在骨科老年卧床患者治疗便秘中的应用

摘　　要：目的 观察大黄胶囊粉调酒精敷神阙穴在骨科老年卧床患者治疗便秘中的应用效果.方法 2012年7～11月入院的56例老年下肢骨折患者作为治疗组,并回顾性与2012年上半年入院的52例患者作比较,全部病例均为3天未解大便者.治疗组采用大黄胶囊粉调酒精敷神阙穴,对照组采用开塞露塞肛.结果 治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 大黄胶囊粉调酒精敷神阙穴能有效治疗老年患者便秘,值得临床进一步应用与推广.Objective To observe the effects of rhubarb capsule modulated with alcohol deposited Shenque point in orthopedic elderly bedridden patients of constipation. Methods 56 elderly patients from July to November in 2012, admitted tO hospital patients with lower extremity fractures as the treatment group and retrospectively compared with 52 patients admitted to hospital in the first half of 2012. All cases were unsolved stool for 3 days. The treatment group were used rhubarb capsules pastel alcohol deposited Shenque while the control group were used enema. Results The total efficiency of the treatment group was higher than that in control group and the incidence of side effects was lower than the control group. The differences were statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions The effects of rhubarb capsule modulated with alcohol deposited Shenque point in orthopedic elderly bedridden patients of constipation was good and was worth to be spread applying in the clinical.
