摘 要:目的 了解我国临床药师培养现状.方法 采用文献研究法和调查问卷方法,对15所高校的临床药师培养目标、课程设置和培养数量、比例以及在职临床药师培养专业设置以及临床医护人员、患者对医药学服务的满意度进行分析.结果 15所高校中,多数高校临床药学专业课程设置仍以传统药学为主,其中药物化学、药物分析、药理学、药事管理(医院药学)、药物治疗学等课程开设的比例分别是86.7%(13/15)、86.7%(13/15)、80.0%(12/15)、93.3%(14/15)、80.0%(12/15);临床实践课程及人文课程设置偏少,其中诊断学、内科学、临床医学概论、外科学、妇科学、儿科学、神经精神病学、护理学概论、中医学、五官科与皮肤疾病、医学伦理学、心理学、信息情报学(药学信息检索)、临床流行病学开设的比例分别是60.0%(9/15)、73.3%(11/15)、20.0%(3/15)、40.0%(6/15)、13.3%(2/15)、13.3%(2/15)、6.7%(1/15)、6.7%(1/15)、6.7%(1/15)、13.3%(2/15)、26.7%(4/15)、6.7%(1/15)、33.3%(5/15)、6.7%(1/15);只有20%(3/15)的高校开设了临床见习课;在职临床药师培养开设了14个培训专业,分别是抗感染药物、肿瘤专业、ICU、神经内科、(内科)内分泌、呼吸内科、心血管内科、肠内外营养、消化内科、儿科、肾内科、器官移植、抗凝治疗、县级抗感染;每年招生人数706人.临床药学服务项目有患者用药教育、患者药物咨询、提供用药信息资料、药品不良反应监测、建立药历、参与临床药物治疗、参加临床会诊、处方(医嘱)审核、编写药讯,20家二、三级医院(三、二级各10家)开展的比例分别为45%(9/20)、85%(17/20)、65%(13/20)、90%(18/20)、75%(15/20)、60%(12/20)、80%(16/20)、40%(8/20)、100%(20/20)、100%(20/20);10家一级医院开展的比例分别是2、6、5、8、5Objective To observe the current situation of clinical pharmacist training in our country. Methods Document research and questionnaire were adopted in this study.Clinical pharmacist training objectives, curriculum, training quantity and ratio and professional clinical pharmacist training arrangement and clinical staff, patients on medical service satisfaction in 15 colleges and universities were investigated and analyzed. Results Most colleges and universities clinical pharmacy curriculums were still based on traditional pharmacy, where medicinal chemistry, pharmaceutical analysis, the proportion of pharmacology, pharmacy administration (hospital pharmacy), science and other drug treatment programs offered were 86.7%(13/15), 86.7%(13/15), 80.0%(12/15), 93.3%(14/15), 80.0%(12/15); clinical practice courses as well as humanitarian courses are not enough, including diagnostics, internal medicine, clinical introduction, surgery, gynecology, pediatrics, neuro-psychiatric, nursing Introduction to science, medicine, ENT and skin diseases, medical ethics, psychology, information, intelligence science (pharmacy information retrieval) and clinical epidemiology, proportion was 60.0%(9/15), 73.3%(11/15), 20.0%(3/15), 40.0%(6/15), 13.3%(2/15), 13.3%(2/15),6.7%(1/15), 6.7%(1/15), 6.7%(1/15), 13.3%(2/15), 26.7%(4/15), 6.7% (1/15), 33.3%(5/15), 6.7%(1/15); only 20.0% of colleges and universities opened a clinical training classes;there were 14 professional majors provided for in-job clinical pharmacists, including anti-infective, oncology, ICU, neurology, (medical) endocrine, respiratory medicine, cardiology, enteral and parenteral nutrition, gastroenterology, pediatrics, renal medicine, organ transplantation, anticoagulant therapy and the county anti-infection; clinical pharmacy services included patient medication education, patient drug counseling, drug information materials, adverse drug reaction monitoring, the establishment of medical h
